Taken from just above the old west-east drove road, where it crosses the Drum to Foel Llwyd wall at the ladder stile. The extensive boundary wall can be seen climbing the fall line of the hillside opposite, but it then takes sharp left and right turns to reach the summit of Foel Llwyd.
