Ulster Special Constabulary Memorial
This black marble and blue limestone memorial stands in the Ulster Ash Grove, the weeping ash trees representing those lost in the cause of peace in Northern Ireland. The Ulster Special Constabulary was formed in 1920 to work alongside the RUC and served until 1970, with most members being part-time volunteers.
