Cyclists, Moat Lane, Old Bolingbroke

Just called at Bolingbroke Castle to see what effect the rain had made in the moat and happened to meet Henry, George and Dave. They've cycled here from Nottinghamshire and are on the way to Skegness. Trouble is, they're trying to repair their fourth puncture in the pouring rain. They were prepared to wait for the pub to open, but it wasn't due to open for another 4½ hrs, so I asked them to come down the road to our house and fix it there.
Puncture mended and three cups of tea later, they were on their way. They phoned us when they arrived at Skegness and called again to see us on their way back.
If their parents read this, then I have to say what nice lads you've brought up.
