Buttercrambe Mill and weir
Buttercrambe Mill and weir
Recent heavy rain had made the river a coffee brown colour. The mill contains a datestone of 1697, and was the village corn mill for several centuries until the 1950's. It lay derelict for nearly 30 years before being bought and restored from 1983 as a private dwelling.
