Probably the most insignificant of several fords on this former cattle drovers' road. Nant yr Ergyd crosses as barely a puddle, though it becomes quite a torrent after heavy rain. "Off-roaders" with their big four wheel drive vehicles often come this way in convoys - showing variable driving skills!
