Merseyside Third Sector Technology Centre on Crosby Road North. 3tc is a not-for-profit technology centre committed to providing Merseyside's Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector (VCFS) with equal access to Information Communications Technology (ICT). The aim is to help all sections of society gain in confidence by using ICT, including school children, the elderly, people with disabilities and ethnic minority groups.
