NJ3261 : Unusual Fungus
near to Mosstodloch, Moray, Great Britain

Unusual Fungus
I don't ever recall seeing a fungus like this before. It was growing on a conifer stump, probably larch. Thank you to John Myers for suggesting that it may be Tremiscus helvelloides, which he says is northern and rather rare.
