Housing continues along the south side of Topsham Road further to the east than on the northern side, where it currently ends with SX9589 : Seabrook Mews. But I'm not sure that many people would want to live this close to a transmission line, and would guess that building on the opposite side of the road (behind the camera) is unlikely at the moment.
