Top of the Pencoed Pillar in snow
This is a similar view to SH7111 : Approaching Craig Cau, but in very different conditions. Cadair Idris can be both spectacular and tricky in snow. On this occasion I carried on to the top of Craig Cau in the cloud beyond, then beat a retreat; it was cold!
