Open land by Topsham Road
A narrow strip of fallow land, about 60 metres in width on average, runs back from the Topsham Road between cultivated fields, following the line of a small stream which drains a shallow valley below Newcourt House. Two power lines run diagonally across it; a third (shown in SX9589 : Seabrook Avenue, Lower Wear) is close by to the north .
