TQ3978 : Iron tubes on the riverside
near to Greenwich, Great Britain

Iron tubes on the riverside
Three iron tubes, about 1 metre diameter with tapered ends, on the Thames riverbank adjacent to the Pipers Wharf boatyard. I have no idea what they are for but a category of "marine engineering" seems likely to be appropriate.
