The 11th century church of St Andrew on the left and the Civic Centre on the right. The Guildhall was built in 1873 by Mr John Pethick, later Mayor of Plymouth. Badly damaged in WWII it was restored in the 1950s. This small area of the city also has the two law Courts, Synagogue and Prysten House, home of the Plymouth Tapestry.
