St Andrews Church Fairlight East Sussex

The church originally dates from 1180 and was rebuilt in 1846. It has tall tower that serves as a land mark from the countryside inland, as well as the sea. Looking south from the top of the tower on a clear day you can see the cliffs of the French coast. The west half of this church is in TQ8511 and the east half is in TQ8611.
