Wet heath between Shepton Water and Honey Hill, New Forest
Spring is arriving in this corner of the New Forest - the silver birch on the edge of the woodland is coming into leaf and the bog myrtle is growing well on the other side of the wet track. Taking the track to the left quickly reaches the new footbridge over Shepton Water at Pebble Fored, to the right leads to the large clearing in Tantany Wood.
