Well wrapped up for the cold
Some kind soul has given Kenny MacKay's statue of the late Donald Dewar at the top of Buchanan Street a nice warm bunnet and scarf to fend off the cold.
Donald Campbell Dewar (21 August 1937 – 11 October 2000) was Scotland's first First Minister. He died as the result of an accidental fall in Edinburgh.
