SE3322 : The 6th hole at Normanton Golf Club

taken 8 years ago, near to Outwood, Wakefield, Great Britain

The 6th hole at Normanton Golf Club
The 6th hole at Normanton Golf Club
This hole is 387 yards, par 4. A small stream cuts across the course in a deep ditch, with a bridge over it visible in this shot.

The plumes of cloud on the horizon come from Ferrybridge Power Station, many miles away. On the original photo you can actually see the cooling towers between the two taller trees, but they will not be visible at the Geograph resolution.
