This is one of three old lighthouses at Killingholme on the Humber bank. There is a photo of the building on English Heritage IoE record site Link

but the photographer was apparently deceived as the description there matches the nearby Killingholme High lighthouse TA1718 : Killingholme High Lighthouse which is indeed a 30m high six-storey building.
