SP0687 : The once forgotten world of Birmingham's canals

taken 33 years ago, near to Birmingham, Great Britain

The once forgotten world of Birmingham's canals
The once forgotten world of Birmingham's canals
From Livery Street looking towards the BT Tower.
The canals have now been opened up but back in the late 1970s and early 1980s they were a secret world and access was not encouraged. This particular location was reached by hopping over a wall at the back of a car park and crossing the lock gates.
