The charity is constituted under a trust deed dated 11 September 1995 and is a registered charity number 1050420. The principal object of the charity is to preserve and enhance the rural landscape within the parishes of Woodnesborough, Eastry, Staple and Ash in the County of Kent by the planting and maintenance of trees and woodland including the provision or improvement of ponds and waterways in the area of benefit.
