River Dove near Stretton, Staffordshire
River Dove near Stretton, Staffordshire
When low, the river splits into two channels under and south of the canal aqueduct. This image shows the smaller of them, the main steam crossing the picture halfway up. In times of flood this is all one large fast flowing torrent.
