Seventeenth Hole, West Hove Golf Course
Seventeenth Hole, West Hove Golf Course
Viewed from the Dyke Railway Trail with the modern clubhouse to the right. The course was laid out in 1991 after the club was relocated here when the construction of the Brighton by-pass rendered their old course strung out along Benfield Valley unworkable. Benfield Hill is across the valley which contains some of the old fairways of the club now used by Benfield Valley Golf Course. To the left is the A27 and beyond that in the distance is the chimney of Shoreham power station.
