The start of gully erosion
The start of gully erosion
It looks as if a spring is letting water onto this track and despite the fact we are in mid summer and it's dry, material was moving downhill in the water. Any increase in flow will increase the erosion. There is a problem in the area with motorcycles using the bridlepaths and helping to make this problem worse.
