Former Town Hall, Horncastle
Former Town Hall, Horncastle
Doesn't look much like a Town Hall and that's because it was built in 1901 as a Drill Hall for the army. It even had a .22 rifle range. It ended its days being used for auction sales. As viewed from The Wong, which also means, 'A field'.
