The Saltings
The Saltings
This area used to be subject to tidal flooding with salt water, but the ground level was raised during the construction of the Erskine Bridge. The area now provides an attractive habitat for orchids and other wild flowers.

Visible in the background, in the right-hand side of the photo, is Kilpatrick Braes.
