Pevensey Roundabout
Pevensey Roundabout
The eastern starting point of the A27 before its long journey west to Hampshire. The roundabout was constructed in the 1990s as part of the Pevensey By-pass and moved the junction of the A259 and A27 a few hundred yards eastwards. Viewed from the Pevensey exit of the former with from left to right, the A27 exit, Wartling Road, and out of view the A259 east to Bexhill and Hastings and the minor road to Normans Bay and Cooden. Pevensey Services which include petrol, a convenience store and a Costa Coffee are opposite.
