Bridge over the River Bain
Bridge over the River Bain
The infant River Bain has just left its mother source of Semer Water to begin its short life of two and one fifth of a mile to the River Ure in Wensleydale. Here the Bain flows lazily under its first of two bridges the second being at the village of Bainbridge just under two miles downstream.
