Bohespic Antiform
Bohespic Antiform
Looking across the road, the curve of the Bohespic Antiform can clearly be seen in the rocks by the road cut. An antiform is a fold closed at the top, and this one has a steep limb to the left and a shallower one on the right. This is one of the major folds in the Dalradian rocks in this area, and in fact the steep limb continues curving down to the right, so that the whole fold is overturned and its constituent rocks turned upside-down.
