taken 14 years ago, near to Beinn Ime [hill or Mountain], Argyll And Bute, Great Britain
West side of Ben Ime
A view in profile showing the steepness of the hill. The hill is a pretty uniform pyramid, very steep on all sides other than the grind up the usual route on the south ridge.
NN2508 : Little used path on the north side of Beinn Ime Any path on a Scottish hill is a sign of popularity. While Beinn Ime is best done from Coire Grogain and most often done from Arrochar, this route does see some use. On my last visit at least 4 parties used this route.
