Bealach a' Mhargaidh
Bealach a' Mhargaidh
Looking over ice on the col between Beinn Luibhean and Beinn Ime towards the Binnien an Fhìdhleir ridge across Glen Kinglas. Cols are places of high wind speed, think of water being forced between boulders in a fast stream. As a result they are often stripped of snow, revealing the ground, or ice.
