Photographed at Waterloo Station in October 1988, at the Ian Allan Network 150 Day. This steam 0-4-4 tank engine was built for the London and South Western Railway in 1897, and wasn't withdrawn until 1962. It was designed by Dugald Drummond for passenger services.
