The Brace of Pheasants - Plush
Plush has only had a pub since just after WWII - the local squire before then had no licence and the nearest pub, The Fox, was a mile away at Folly. As soon as the new pub was up and running The Fox had to close down.
The Brace of Pheasants caught fire 30-40 years ago but has successfully been rebuilt. It was mainly the thatch and the upper floor that suffered the worst.
