Chobham Common, Fishpond
Chobham Common, Fishpond
Pond on the southern edge of Chobham Common. Originally dug to supply fish to Chertsey Abbey in medieval times. The Abbey has long gone (1538 and all that) but the fish and the fishermen still remain.
