NT2339 : West side of Old Manor Brig

taken 8 years ago, near to Kirkton Manor, Scottish Borders, Great Britain

West side of Old Manor Brig
West side of Old Manor Brig
There is a plaque on the W side of the bridge, on the right-hand side of the arch. It gives the date of construction as 1702. The bridge has been closed to vehicles for about a year as cracks have appeared in the parapet walls, and clearance of nearby vegetation has revealed the plaque.
