Wardie Bay
Wardie Bay
View is over the shale beds of Wardie Bay at low water Springs, where important fossils have been found, looking toward Granton Harbour with setting moon above. The tiny 'islet' in the Forth is the mussel scalp of Wardie Bush which is only exposed at very low tides. To the left of the photo is the McKelvie Parade, a popular footpath and cycleway, whilst off picture to the left is the main A901 coast road.
