Findhorn Bay viewed from near the Nelson Tower, Forres
Centred on Findhorn Bay, this is one of the many fine views from Cluny Hill in Grant Park, Forres, on which the Nelson Tower was built in 1812 to commemorate the Royal Navy's Trafalgar victory of 21 October 1805. The village of Findhorn is on the far side of the Bay and the River Findhorn flows out of the bay into the Moray Firth by the eastern edge of Culbin Forest, on the left of the image.
