Dunkley's/Castle Ashby Railway Station
Dunkley's/Castle Ashby Railway Station
Although this is quite a way north of Castle Ashby it was the site of the railway station for both Castle Ashby and Earls Barton. The station is demolished but the goods shed remains and has been converted into a freehouse bar and restaurant. The blossom top left is hanging from a very fine cherry tree.
For further information on the station, including old photographs before closure, see LinkExternal link.
