Croydon: Roman Way, through the trees
The alignment of Roman Way (A236) can be seen as it rises to clear the railway line near the site of the old Pitlake bridge. Shortly after this, it changes name to Mitcham Road, crosses the A23 at Lombard Roundabout, and continues towards Mitcham.
