TQ3382 : New London Overground viaduct

taken 8 years ago, near to Shoreditch, Islington, Great Britain

New London Overground viaduct
New London Overground viaduct
The silver beam passing over Brick Lane in the background is the new viaduct for the London Overground service which has replaced London Underground's East London line, the old viaduct of which is in a derelict state just out of shot to the left. The Great Eastern main line as it approaches Liverpool Street station also passes under Brick Line beneath the white and green wall, but the wall is too tall for anyone to see over it. View taken looking north-northeast.
