Peel - Mill Road - Moore's Traditional Curers
This was an interesting photo opt for me. I thought kippers were a fish that was eaten in England for breakfast. On one of my tours of Ireland, someone in the tour group ordered kippers for breakfast. It appears to me that some of the best kippers come from this facility on the Isle of Man and that these kippers can be ordered via Post. This original Manx kipper curing yard was built 1881-1883. Per this sign, they oak smoke bacon also.
