TA1829 : Mud on the Line

Mud on the Line
Mud on the Line
The photograph was taken from just west of the former Hedon Railway Station looking along the trackbed towards Hull. Closed to passengers in October 1964, the track itself was ripped up in the late 60s. The track has been a bridleway for many years now and, at this point, gets very muddy during the winter. Cyclists and walkers alike have to take a very windy course to avoid the deep muddy puddles!
