Ivescar and Whernside
Ivescar and Whernside
A typical Dales farm with the fantastic snow-covered Whernside in the distance. Whernside is the highest peak in Yorkshire at 736m (2416ft)and is one of the three peaks, the other two being Ingleborough and Pen-y-Ghent. The Three Peaks Challenge Walk takes in all three peaks in a gruelling 24-mile walk.
