Evening view from Luskentyre Harris over Taransay and the North Harris Hills

This was a hurried visit to Luskentyre just after sundown on a calm May evening. The combination of the overhead colour, the texture at the water's edge, the tiny stream and of course the light drew my attention. There was no time to lose - sunsets change by the second. It was quite a relief to realise the image was 'secured', particularly when the lens closed and the batteries failed about three seconds later!
