Watery Lane, Upper Welland
Watery Lane, Upper Welland
The view looking south down Watery Lane from the junction with the Upper Welland Road. at one time it was called The Water Lane - perhaps because cattle were taken down to the stream at the bottom. Cow Parsley and old Dandelions now gone to seed decorate the lane on a wet Sunday in Mid to Late May. The house on the left is called "The Old Forge".
