Lodge and entrance to Hadlow Castle
Lodge and entrance to Hadlow Castle
Part of the extraordinary creation of Walter Barton May in the 1830s, these structures are on the village street in Hadlow, a little way from the tower and the remains of the castle. The spire of St Mary's church can just be seen.
