I would assume that this housing estate was built on the fields of Manor House Farm. Here the estate road turns left along the northern fringe of the site, and a cul-de-sac goes straight on. The footpath across the Lady Anne Dike valley starts a short distance to the left of the image. Originally it was a field path from Soothill Lane.
