Stern of HMS Exeter, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard
Stern of HMS Exeter, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard
The naval ensign flies at the stern of HMS Exeter, a Type 42 destroyer, which was open to the public at the Historic Dockyard. Further north is a RFA (Royal Fleet Auxiliary) ship. Hard to read the ship's number, but I think it's A388, RFA Fort George, a combined fleet stores ship and tanker.
