Time to turn round
The Amulree to Kenmore road climbs to over 500m as it crosses from Glen Quaich to the Tay valley and it is not generally cleared of snow by the local council. This small area of snow, some 30m long by 50cm deep was enough to block the way for a small hatchback, thus causing a lengthy detour. No shovel or willing helper available.
