Ruined farm amongst wet rough grazing just south of Avonbridge. Surprising that such a pretty site, near but not too near two motorways has not been developed for high value housing.

Development has started, the house has been demolished, however there was little sign of work in progress, and it may be held up due to the collapse of the property market.
