See J3474 : The "Boat" site, Belfast (41). The “Boat”, nearing completion, is now displaying prominent joint-agents’ signs. This, with the “Obel” and the two sites at Lanyon Place, now marks the end of the pre-recession building spree in and around the Lagan. Other developments are planned for Donegall Quay, Queen’s Quay and Station Street/Bridge End but (to my knowledge) there are no known dates for the start of building work. The Sirocco Quays development has been delayed.
"The Boat", Belfast

A series of photographs showing “The Boat” during and after construction. The building, facing Donegall Quay, is a mixed office and residential development. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the construction, letting or sale.
