Old Stratford and Moreton tramway crossing
Old Stratford and Moreton tramway crossing
The small hump in Berryfields Lane marks the point at which the Stratford and Moreton Tramway used to cross. Although it had fallen into disuse by the end of the 19th century and was finally dismantled in 1916 the earthworks survive almost intact in this area.
